Refunds

  • We accept refund requests only if the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.
  • The claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A full refund or item exchange may be requested (subject to availability).

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size or different models within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is on our part.
